We develop a strong and healthy body, and strengthen our “Konjou”.

One of the main reasons people come to Shou-jin-kan is to strengthen their mind and spirit in order to live better (both physically and mentally), and not to give up easily when facing adversities. This spirit through the Way of sword allows us overcome difficulties and face challenges. We name this as “Konjou”.

Through tough training with Masters and seniors in the Dojo, where we can use our capacity fully against our own psychological weakness. We develop “Konjou” during harsh practice and at the same time, we develop a “real” strong and healthy body.

This is the balance that should be existed between mind and body.
